When you email us or fill out a form, we receive the information you choose to send: typically your name, email address, business name, and whatever you tell us about your situation. Like most websites, ours may collect basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited and general location, used only to understand how the site is performing.

How we use it: To reply to you, to provide the work you've engaged us for, and to improve how we operate. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to deliver our services or as required by law.

How long we keep it

How long we keep it: We keep correspondence and client records for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterward, then remove what we no longer need.

Your choices: You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@risenwa.com and we'll handle it.
