3. Review Automation & Client Data Processing

RiseNWA sends review-request messages on behalf of our clients.
This includes SMS follow-ups, review reminders, and rebooking nudges.

We process customer phone numbers and email addresses only as instructed by each client and only for legitimate review-request or customer-feedback purposes.

RiseNWA does not:
• Sell contact data
• Use client-uploaded contacts for our own marketing
• Share customer data with unrelated third parties

We serve as a data processor for client-provided contact information.
